The syllabus at the Yonshin Kan is quite diverse, and includes Naha-te (Goju-Ryu & Aragaki Ryu), Shuri-te (Shorin Ryu), Hakutsuru (White Crane Gong Fu) and Nei Chia (Chinese internal arts). The central theme of keiko is traditional budo as expressed through the Bubishi. The Bubishi is the essence of traditional karate teachings handed down from Master to senior student in Japan over many centuries. Ohtsuka Sensei is the world renowned expert on Bubishi and we fortunate to have received his guidance and instruction first hand.
